Let's make a fur painting!
All paintings will come unframed and are done on a ¾ inch, triple primed, acid free canvas.
They will painted in "realistic" style unless otherwise noted.
They do not include hardware for hanging but can be hung by the stretcher bar. The sides will be painted for a more finished look.
All paintings are done with acrylic paint. It is recommended that the painting be hung out of direct sunlight to insure that it does not fade. It can be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.

How to commission a pet portrait:
-Select a size.
- Photos: Please email your best photos to furorfeathersart@gmail.com I may require more than one. The photos need to be sharp, clear, close-ups preferably that are taken outside. A detailed photo will ensure a great painting. Send the highest resolution images that you have. I do not deviate much from the photos that you send, so please be sure that the eye color is noticeable in the photo. If the painting is a gift, or your furry friend is no longer with you, I will do my best to capture their personality with limited references, but please keep in mind I can only paint what I see.
- Select a background color preference.
- Then it’s time for me to get started! When the painting is almost completed I will email you a digital image, and if you are happy with it then I will ship it or bring it to you, depending on location.
-There is a 20 percent deposit required. 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. After you have approved the painting, I will send you an online invoice using PayPal which is a secure way to pay whether you have a PayPal account or not.
It is helpful to give me a timeline of when you would like to have your painting completed. The quickest that I can complete a painting is two weeks, unless there are other orders ahead of you then I will need more time. Just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. You will also need to allow 7-10 days for shipping. Please note that I reserve the right to use an image of the painting produced and the pictures provided in future advertisements and on my website.
